Flipping Unimproved Land
I'm in the land clearing business, specifically forestry mulching <--Wikipedia Link, and have seen customers flip land by having us mow the brush. I'd like to get on the other side of the deals for a change and want to try to find some raw land that would benefit from beautification.
Has anyone on here done much of that? I know the land clearing part but am interested to see if people have had good results by focusing on a niche of some sort. Perhaps focus on residential?
Thanks,
Jim
