Where to find fix and flip deals?
Hello folks,
Can someone point me in the right direction for sourcing properties in the Chicago land area that can be fixed and flipped? I have one flip under my belt that I found through a local company, but their profit estimates for properties are a bit inflated to say the least. I completed the first flip profitably, but not as high as I was expecting at the time of the deal. Moving forward, I am looking to find a reliable source through which properties can be obtained.
Any help will be appreciated.
