Can Fannie Mae sign a contract after the withdraw date?

My agent and I originally submitted an offer a week ago and then submitted our H&B recently but I just realized that the date that the contract had to be signed by was still 5/31 on our revised submission.

Does anyone happen to know if Fannie Mae drops offers that say "if not signed by (a previous date) this offer is deemed withdrawn"?
