Tenant screening scores
If you use a service that creates a score (example: 80 - 100 accept, >50 reject), to be safe do you need to automatically take the first applicant who scores "accept"? What if someone qualifies on paper but you still get an untrustworthy vibe from them because of something they said or did (I don't mean race, gender, etc.)?
