I have been reading and thinking on doing this for quite sometime. Following great discussions and blog posts from Scott and Brandon. Appreciate if team can share their experiences in doing rehab and flipping in Morris County area (Randolph, Parsippany, Morristown, Montville, Morris Plains and Rockaway twp areas). Also, any suggestions on general contractors in this area?
