I have several properties that need some rehabbing. Does anyone have any names? On a previous thread I saw Shane Pascoe and Mike Peace were recommended.  I also saw that Kalem Williamson, Brian Smith, and Kevin Treece were NOT recommended. Any names are appreciated. Thanks.  Andrew.
