Any investors currently in the DFW area?

Hey guys, As my profile states i started investing/flipping 2 years ago. Gaining a lot of knowledge and experience from finding deals, estimating rehab/arv, doing the rehab myself (my own crew) and getting a great ROI. I currently invest in NY and NJ. Where i also own a few multi families. I am taking a trip to Dallas this week for non-real estate business purposes. But will definitely be researching the DFW area. I am looking to expand into a third market and Dallas has caught my eye. I would love to network and connect with local investors in that area (also with realtors, attorneys, wholesalers, lenders and sub-contractors). If anyone can give me some numbers on any previous flips also certain areas in DFW they actively search for deals and areas to stay away from. What percent ROI have you made?
