I have conducted my due research on house flipping, but want to go a little deeper and start connecting with those in Oregon. Primarily, I am looking for an investor for properties. I understand how house flipping works in the general sense, but not entirely in the Oregon environment. 

Can anyone give me their experience flipping in Oregon? How to start out? Etc.
