Who's responsible after the house is sold?
Hi All,
I have a question about flipping, say I purchase a house, rehab and flip it. A week later after it's sold the buyers find out there is a problem with the house that I nor the buyer caught before selling. Am I still responsible since I just sold the house or is the buyer's problem now?

As long as you disclosed to the buyer all defects known to you, you should have no liability after the sale.
That said, I'm not a lawyer.
