is this a flip or flop
HI everyone, newbie here. was wondering if I could get some opinions. I am looking at a 1901 2 story farmhouse to flip. I haven't actually did a walk thru yet, but did a drive by yesterday and looked at the outside. There are several places I noticed that the brick foundation has been replaced with cinder block. should I be concerned? Will the different bricks affect resale value to customers? is there anyway to conceal if if the foundation is sound with replacing all the bricks so they match? any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
Chris
