Hello everyone,

first of all this website is AMAZING! I´m really enjoying the discussions and I already ordered J. Scott´s book "The Book on Flipping Houses" :) ...so as you can see I´m a newbie.

I would like to ask if the MyHouseDeals.com is a good website to find good deals or find good properties to buy and flip.

You should read the other posts here about that site. They say that the deals are listed by wholesalers who fudge the numbers to make a bad deal look like a good one. Not saying the whole site is bad, but you'd need to justify anything listed there with your own numbers and due diligence. The words "wholesalers" and "provided accurate numbers" don't usually share the same sentence these days.
