Tips on finding good contractors for rehabs?
Where do you suggest I look and how do I screen them?

Go to Home Depot, Lowes or whatever store sells contractor supplies. Get there EARLY in the morning and talk to a few. I suspect that those who are there earlier are probably a better bet because they're out there getting their hustle on.
Screen out the ones who are driving trucks that look excessively old and beat up.
Then check them out on Yelp, Angies List, etc.
