Hello BP. Maybe I asked in the wrong forum. I am looking to connect with those who I can potentially partner with in Bakersfield California to implement the BRRRR strategy on 2-4 unit properties. Looking for RE Agents/Realtors, General Contractor and/or specific trades and some top notch Property Managers and some local banks where I can cash out on the refi.
