Alexandria, VA Investing

I am being transferred to Alexandria, VA soon for my full time job as a construction manager. I enjoy doing rehab and any sort of handyman work in my spare time and on the weekends. I am looking for someone that might need assistance in flipping a condo or house, or just needs a weekend handyman. Eventually I would like to get into investing on my own, so hopefully I will learn from one of you seasoned investors. I would be wiling to pay rent in the place I am working on. Anyone interested?
