I am looking to self manage my rental property I have near Charleston AFB and currently have tenants in it. They are moving out in August. I am looking for someone who would be able to take pictures for the listing and prior to tenants moving in. I would also like to find someone who would be able to show the house to possible tenants. If you have any advice or tips please let me know. Thanks.

My partner (DAN also a KW agent)  is located in Charleston, SC   ???? and knows property management. send me address and we will assess the situation. Property managers for hire, are just that...Hired help. Hirelings, sorry PM's but you do take care of your own properties better than you do others. I'll refer a Keller Williams agent down there if you want to go that way. Hire professionals or make equity partners in the area. Just Saying!
