Looking for House Flipping partner in the Tampa Bay Area!

Good day, folks!

Been buying, cleaning up (mostly cosmetic) and renting multiple times in the past 10 years. I got to the stage where I need to improve/diversify my game by flipping houses in the bay area. I am savvy business professional (full-time job), investor and real estate agent. I am looking for someone who has flipping experience (not a lot necessary), honesty and desire to build some great value - while having fun. Looking for 50/50, up to $200K (purchase/repairs/fees) for a start. Also, I want to mention that I am not afraid at all of buying vacant land, building a (very) cute SFH and reselling.

Real estate is really a fun, challenging and rewarding game - it's all about playing smart.

Simon
