Should I bring an inspector with me or just look first...

Hello BP friends,

I found what may be a good wholesale deal and I'm going to go see it next week. I'm wondering if I should spend the money to have an inspector come with me on that trip, or if I should just go look myself first to see if it's a definite no or a definite maybe first, and then, if it's a definite maybe, get the inspection.

What do you think?

Thank you,

Katy

Also, I would definitely recommend driving and checking it out first. Because if it turns out to not be such a great deal/type of house you are looking for, it is a waste of both the inspectors time and your time and money.
