My name is Beverley Bell, retired. I am interested in rehabbing and house flipping. The only experienced I've had in real estate was the acquisition of family property, which I rented for several years and sold when the market took a downward turn.

I recently had a realtor, who was assisting me, however, he discontinued due to personal concerns. He provided information for a hard money lender ( asset), walked me through a property and provided ideas I could use to enhance a property that needed cosmetics, as well as other concerns; plumbing, heating electrical, roof etc. I need a realtor who could assist me with the acquiring of properties through MLS or other means, that provide a good ARV, in Richmond, Eastern Henrico, Sandston and Highland Springs that will sell, and establish a mutual benefiting partnership.
