How to get family members out after a trustee's sale
We just purchased our first property at a trustee's sale yesterday in California. I called the trustee to get as much info on the property and I was informed that the grandson of the owner (she passed away and the foreclosure was on a reverse mortgage) has been living there. What is the best/quickest way to get them out of the property? I know we can do a cash for keys, but I'd prefer to not have to go that route. What other options do we have? 3 day notice to quit?
