Hi BPrs

The purpose of this post is to get advice from anyone that has attempted or is currently doing what the title says. I am considering this route because I want to become more familiar with certain NJ markets to some day invest in myself. I am considering all the areas close to Manhattan.

I want to know if its a good idea and if its worth my weekends because I also work a full time job as a project manager for a developer.

The purpose of this post is also to connect with investors from New Jersey that would like to be notified when I do come across deals to wholesale or even partner up with who knows.
