Does anyone know if I can get a 203K loan for a multi family that needed work if (as a contractor), I'm doing the work myself? or do I have to bring in an outside contractor?

Great thread here guys/gals.

I've struggled with 203K execution in the past due to being forced to utilize a single source for renovations. A Quality GC is a must... (isn't it always?)
