Hey Everyone, I'm in Central NJ and thinking of starting out in the flip business. Just curious about those of you that have done or are currently doing this. What has your experience been like? What was easy? What was difficult? Are profit margins smaller here BC of our crazy property tax? Where did you find your GC?
