Exterior Upgrades for aging 4-plex
Hello,
I'm looking for some cosmetic upgrade suggestions for this aging 4-plex? Is it better to go with a more modern streamline look, or is it better to stick with something more traditional? Because this is a rent controlled building, I'd like to keep an eye on value. Still, there's so much untapped potential.
We just removed the 7 diseased Cypress trees, and would like to incorporate drought tolerant (grasses/flax/queen palms etc...). We have beautiful weather here in So Cal, so maybe we can make this patio-like.
Your ideas and advice would be appreciated!
Thank you, Lisa
