Awkward Driveway-Looking for Advice
My primary residence, which will soon become a rental property has an awkward driveway (they raised the road in front of the house). This creates a steep driveway that is a pain to back out of during the winter. The driveway is small and narrow to begin with. I have added a couple tons of stone, which has helped but I can see it being an issue for tenants, especially in the winter.
Wanted to get some thoughts or ideas about the best way to solve! My thought is to pave and run drainage into the back of the property away from the foundation. There is a large stoned area back there already.
Thank you for your responses!
