Creating a Remote Investment Fix and Flip Team
I am asked almost every day "How can I assemble a team to handle my remote investment?" I can handle the contractor side and know good wholesalers to find properties, even lenders. I would like to gain better insight as to what other types of people and services investors need when they talk about that team. I would also like to hear suggestions on how one vets those other parties. What does that real DREAM TEAM look like? I focus on Indianapolis, Cincinnati, & Charlotte, NC, but I have to believe the same fundamentals should be in place anywhere.
