What is a typical timeframe for closing after contract is signed?

Regarding resales after the rehab is complete:

I read somewhere that it was suggested to include a maximum of five weeks as the closing date in your agreement with the buyer (five weeks post the date the contract is signed that is) and that loan funding, whether it be conventional, FHA, etc. should not take any longer than this with a good broker.

Is this realistic? What are your typical turnaround times, and what has been your longest? Thanks!
