Need a contractor or a project manager in the Inland Empire?

My brother-in-law has decided to take an early retirement from the police force, which is becoming an increasingly scary line of work. He is also a fairly experienced carpenter. He would make a great project manager and is very ethical and hard-working. If anyone in the Inland Empire would be interested in contacting him, let me know. He currently lives near Temecula and Murrieta and has worked in San Diego in the past.
