I am trying to close a single family home in Camden, NJ. The final offer has been made before New Year holidays. Currently I am actively looking for a reliable contractor to work with for the rehab after closing. If anybody knows good contractor who would like to work on single family rehab in Camden downtown, please feel free to contact me.
