rehab profit share with another investor

I have been asked to do a profit share with another investor.. He wants me to pay for the rehab on a property that he currently owns and do some type of profit share after we sell. I have done over 30 flips, so I have experience, I just have never done a profit share before. The rehab is probably going to be around 30K. Any suggestions on how best to split the profits?
