Found an opportunity in Cincinnati area - Norwood area precisely that has peaked my interest after a lot of searching around, and marketing. I was never interested in flipping before, but beggers can never be choosers, and I am open to the challenge. Can anyone recommend a good, honest contractor in Cincinatti, OH. How have you all in the community chosen a contractor, and how can I avoid the common pitfalls?
