Hello BP,

My father and I are actively seeking a private money investor to fund this project. We have this home under contract for only $150,000 and it needs $70,000 in rehab. There is a big spread here for any investor. We live in North Haledon about 5 minutes away from this home and are very familiar with what homes go for in our home town. We need to close by end of this year. We have over 25 years experience in rehabbing homes in the Tri-State Area. We also have a bunch of other deals in our pipeline so this relationship hopefully will be long and plentiful. We are open to all ideas you may have to get this in motion. Profits will be split 50/50. Any interest at all or ideas on how to get this funded please call us or PM me.

Looking forward to doing business!
