I'm just curious is this situations comes up very often? if so I'm looking for insight and suggestions? My partner and I are 95% done with a great property in Cottonwood Heights and we have been discuss with a vacation management company of about furnishing the house and turning it over to them to manage.... the numbers look like they would make sense and cash flow out about 1000.00 per month and they handle all the (calls, bookings, cleaning, snow removal, maint. and marketing the property)

I'm very interested in this option but i'm looking to see if anyone who has done this could give me some insight?

Thanks

JM
