Finding Large-scale Fix and Flippers
I need to find large-scale fix and flip investors involved in completing the most transactions in my area. What's the best strategy for doing so? I remember a podcast recommending checking county records, but can't remember the exact details.
Thanks!

Check for LLCs/corporations that are making cash purchases of multiple properties in your area at the price range you're interested in. The easiest way to do this is to work with an agent who has access to the MLS.
