Cash only purchase
BP members I have a question looking for insight. I recently came across a great deal but the seller wants "cash only" purchase. I am a little short on price point, I was wondering if there are ANY options out there that a bank would loan the money on a purchase like that or would I be stuck going the HML route? Any insight would help, thanks
