Setting up an LLC or S Corp
Hello Everybody! I have been listening to a the BP podcasts for a while and this is my first post.
I am fairly new to Real estate investing. I own a triplex in the Boston Area and own some REITs in an investment account. I am wondering if anyone has experience establishing an LLC or an S corp as a holding entity for rental units and equity positions?
I currently like my job so I do not want to want to become a full time real estate investor at this time, but i do want to protect myself from taxes and liability if anything happens as my portfolio grows.
Thank you for your feedback
