Flipping long distance --contractor needed

Looking for feedback. I need a contractor in the Birmingham Alabama area with flipping and rehabbing experience. We picked up a property in Center Point AL 35215 that is actively being marketed on bigger pockets and elsewhere but the more we are looking at the ARV the more we are thinking of just contracting the rehab ourselves. Anyone with experience or a contact in the area please reach out and show us the way.
