Rehab loan-friendly contractors

Hi all I'm doing a BRRRR on a property right now. But on the rehab part of this I need to find a contractor that is willing to work with the bank as the financier of the project. The bank will only pay the contractor for the rehab once everything is done and done well. Some contractor don't like that but some contractors do because it's a sure thing for payment. Does anyone have recommendations for GCs in the Western Washington area? Like Bellevue, Seattle, Renton areas? Thank you, Gulliver
