Drain pipe not visible
Hey BP!
I took a handy man to inspect a property I found through direct mail to get his opinion on the property. One of the things he noticed is that there is no drain pipe next to the condenser unit (like there normally is); there is no visible drain pipe anywhere.
Does anyone have advice on finding the drain pipe for the HVAC unit?
Thanks!

I would open up the side panel and look inside to see where the water is designed to drain.
