Replace window in bathroom or should I remove and close?

I am rehabbing the bathroom and plan on doing a full height tile shower with tub.  Shower is located on outside wall.  Do I eliminate the window?  If I am not removing,  what kind of window should I replace it with? Do people still use block windows?  Thank you!

I have done many glass block windows which are insulated, come in many designs and colors and let the light in and adds to the value.  Many sizes but most are 8x8x4 or 16x16 x.  check it out at Owen's Corning site.  I personally would not close it in and lose the light.  good luck.
