Hello,

I have a team in place to buy homes and fix and flip but it seems I can not find any deals in Montgomery county md or Fairfax county va.    I have two agents working to find for me properties but it seems they are very slow.

I sure could use some advise on how to go find the properties myself in the area.

Thanks!

Tony

Neither Montgomery County or Fairfax are good markets for flipping. Due to the desirability of those areas, properties that need rehab are bid up higher than what would make sense for flipping. You more than likely will just waste time, energy and possibly money (if you are marketing) by focusing on those areas. If you want to flip, you should concentrate on DC and PG county.  Opportunities are much more readily available there as the margins between rehabbed and non-rehabbed homes is high.
