Private/Hard Money

Forgive me if this has already been asked... Does anyone have any recommendations for hard money or private money lenders in the Raleigh/Durham Area? I found a partner for my first flip.  She has about 4 flips under her belt, but she typically buys under $50,000 in cash.  We're looking to partially finance our next flip.  The problem is that I have very little credit, and she has bad credit.  Any suggestions? The only viable option right now seems to be Lima One Capital.
