Liens from subcontractors

Hello I'd like some advice. I'm going through a situation on a house flip. My general contractor had some issues with subcontractors he has hired. They ended up filing mechanical Liens against him which has me as the "Grantor" since the work was done at my property. I've never dealt with anything like this before and the house is almost ready for the market. I'm getting a little worried. How should I proceed?

Thanks

The GC you hired should have provided you with a disclosure regarding bonds and liens pursuant to RCW 18.27.114.  It should have been similar to this: http://www.lni.wa.gov/formpub/Detail.asp?DocID=187...

You can find out more about the lien process in Washington here: http://www.lni.wa.gov/formpub/Detail.asp?DocID=187...
