thanks everyone in advance for any help you can give me. It's greatly appreciated. My name is Kasan Kelley and although I've been interested in real estate for a looooong time. I've rekindled my love after discovering the bigger pockets podcast.  Is there anyone that can advise me on how to proceed with acquiring rentals in the farm area I have? I have no saving, I have a part time job, I have no money and my credit is horrible. I believe in myself and my ability to do this and want to know where I should start. I see some great opportunities in the area I'm looking at and want to get on it before another smart person realizes the potential.
