What Inspections are Needed?

I am about to pick up a fix and flip property in Bergen County, New Jersey. I have a 10 day inspection period to perform due diligence and inspect the property. I will conduct the following inspections: oil tank contamination inspection and appraisal of property. What other inspections are needed that I am missing?

Thanks!

You should get a regular home inspection. Even if you don't try to get credits or items repaired, just so you know what's going to need to be addressed after you buy the property.

Typical inspection will run you $500-$750 depending on the inspector. Definitely worth the money if you have a good inspector.
