New Member Planning on Flipping Houses in Philadelphia Market
Hi All,
My name is Mark Ferry. I currently live in Denver but will be relocating to Philadelphia in the November/December time frame. My significant other and I did a long term flip/live in/rental property in Denver that we're going to be selling here after 2 years.
I know I can't expect the market in Philadelphia to be anywhere close to what it is in Denver but any tips for a newcomer would be greatly appreciated. Our tentative plan right now is to move in with some family and use the profit from our current house to try to do a short term flip in the Philadelphia area.
Assuming everything goes well with the first flip we plan on doing this long term. Long term goal will be to leave my current job and to do real estate full time.
Any advice for a newcomer to Philadelphia would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
