Need help with rehab cost
Does anyone know what the rehab cost would be for a 1700 sq ft home 3/2 that is a shell. Home was a new built home that was not completed. Electric and piping is in. No walls only studs. Home is in SW Florida, charlotte county.

Hello, I already replied on your other post but wanted to address the drawing situation. The original builder should have copies and you might even find them filed at the build dept of Charlotte County. You might even get lucky and there might be a copy somewhere on or in the property. But if all else fails then you will have to seek out a residential designer or architect . Chances are though that if a local builder was in the process of building when either his funds or the clients funds ran out, that the builder has same model home or homes in the area. Once again the Charlotte County building deptment should be able to help.
