Here's my situation... I currently have a SD LLC in a state outside of where I live, and it is costing me $500 a year. and it is costing me about $375 a year for my Custodian. I plan to Dissolve my out of state SD LLC and Create a new one in my state saving me $475 a year. and I also plan on switching custodians saving me about $275 a year.

I understand that a SD LLC has special language an operating agreements... So could I just use the information and wording in my current SD LLC to create a new one?
