Hello. I've used Foremost insurance on a couple properties that I've sold. I'm realizing that I didn't look into the details of the insurance as close as I should have. I'm about ready to close on small house flip. I set up insurance using Foremost. I realized they do not cover bursting of water pipes, breakage or operation of pressure relief devices etc. This is a something I thought was covered. I looked all around trying to find an insurance company that would insure bursting of water pipes etc., with no luck. Is this kind of insurance available? I'm thinking that this coverage is not available to flippers and it is just a risk we have to take.  Is there any insurance company out there that will just cover the bursting of pipes etc.? I appreciate any information. Thank you for your time! Chase
