Selling a partially renovated house

When my former employer closed 3 years ago, with the help from BiggerPockets, I began successfully flipping homes while looking for a new job. I have now been offered a great job, that requires me to relocate quickly and I will be unable to finish the renovation on my current project.

I have done substantial amount of work to this home - all major issues have been fixed. The exterior is 95% done and the interior is completely gutted.

Although I would not mind getting more for the house, I would prefer a no contingency offer with a fast closing, over the highest selling price. What is the best way to sell a partially renovated home quickly to another investor without any hassle?

Thanks in advance.
