If you're looking for fix and flip deals/buy and holds anywhere in central or north New Jersey PM me. I also have an investor friendly title company if anyone is in need as well as funding. 

I'm curious, anyone here very experienced with direct mail? What is your opinion/strategy/process on finding which zip codes and lists are best to send out to.
